New Delhi/Denver: ROC, a U.S.-based developer of multimodal Vision AI solutions, announced that its flagship product ROC Watch has officially received the “Safe to Host” certification from the Standardization Testing and Quality Certification (STQC) Directorate, a division of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India.
The Safe to Host certification is a comprehensive cybersecurity validation that involves detailed vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and a rigorous security audit of the application, infrastructure, and hosting environments.

Conducted in accordance with international standards like OWASP Top 10 and OWASP Web Security Testing Guide (WSTG), the certification ensures the application is resilient to threats like injection flaws, misconfigurations, unauthorized access, and data breaches.
ROC Watch: Secure-By-Design Solution
This milestone positions ROC Watch as a secure-by-design solution ready for nationwide deployment across India’s public sector, including digital identity, public safety, and e-governance projects.
It enables government agencies to adopt an American-made, certified, and trustworthy alternative to legacy systems in critical infrastructure.
