Hyderabad: Refroid Technologies, India’s pioneer in indigenous high-density liquid cooling, has announced a strategic partnership with Technavious Solutions Private Limited, a global mission-critical data centre engineering, commissioning, and certification firm, to develop a validated “Brick-to-Chip” infrastructure framework for AI-ready data centres.
The collaboration positions Refroid Technologies at the forefront of enabling next-generation infrastructure capable of supporting rapidly growing AI workloads in India.
As artificial intelligence workloads continue to drive unprecedented computing densities, conventional air-cooled facilities are approaching their operational thermal limits.
Modern processors are now exceeding 500W thermal design power (TDP), prompting operators to rethink how data centre infrastructure is designed, cooled, and validated.
Through this partnership, Refroid Technologies will combine its advanced liquid cooling technologies with Technavious’s specialised expertise in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) design, commissioning, and TIA-942 certification to address these challenges.

Bridging the Hardware–Infrastructure Engineering Gap
The alliance between Refroid Technologies and Technavious Solutions introduces a comprehensive infrastructure roadmap across two distinct technical tracks aimed at enabling scalable AI-ready facilities.
- Hyperscale DLC Integration:
Technavious will integrate Refroid Technologies’ Sentraflo Coolant Distribution Units (CDUs) into hyperscale facility blueprints. This approach ensures that secondary liquid loops are engineered for optimal flow stability, thermal efficiency, and redundancy.
The integration will enable data centres to support large-scale GPU clusters while maintaining the reliability standards expected of hyperscale AI infrastructure. Through this approach, Refroid Technologies aims to facilitate high-density computing environments required by advanced AI applications.
- Sovereign Immersion for Enterprise Edge:
For captive data centres and remote edge nodes, Refroid Technologies and Technavious will offer self-contained Liquid Immersion Cooling Pods. Technavious will provide the necessary site-readiness engineering to deploy these systems within existing facilities.
This model enables enterprises to run high-density AI workloads without undertaking expensive facility retrofits, further expanding the applicability of Refroid Technologies’ cooling solutions.
Refroid Technologies: Addressing the Commissioning Gap in AI Infrastructure
A major component of the partnership involves integrating Refroid Technologies’ Hybrid Load Banks into Technavious’s Level 1–7 commissioning lifecycle.
This initiative addresses a critical industry challenge—validating cooling and power infrastructure before deploying high-value IT hardware.
The combined approach enables Level 5 Integrated System Testing (IST) by accurately simulating both liquid and air thermal loads. This allows operators to verify system performance, resilience, and efficiency before production deployment, ensuring operational reliability for high-density AI environments.

Through this process, Refroid Technologies aims to strengthen infrastructure readiness for large-scale AI deployments across India’s data centre ecosystem.
Satya Bhavaraju, CEO of Refroid Technologies, said:
“Standardizing liquid cooling requires more than just hardware; it requires a rigorous, auditable engineering lifecycle. By pairing our indigenous DLC and Immersion hardware, powered by our dielectric fluids co-developed with BPCL, with Technavious’s commissioning authority, we are giving operators the certainty that their infrastructure is ready for the next decade of AI. This is how we put Indian thermal engineering on the global map.”
Senthil Kumar R, CEO of Technavious Solutions, highlighted the importance of reliability and compliance in mission-critical infrastructure:
“Our mission is to ensure the reliability and auditability of mission-critical facilities. By incorporating Refroid’s liquid-ready technology into our TIA-942 compliant designs, we can now offer a sovereign, ‘Make in India’ pathway to highly efficient liquid-cooled AI infrastructure, designed to achieve ultra-low PUE levels even in challenging ambient conditions. This partnership bridges the gap between ambitious AI goals and functional, high-efficiency reality.”
Through this collaboration, Refroid Technologies and Technavious Solutions aim to support India’s rapidly expanding AI data centre ecosystem by delivering validated, high-efficiency cooling infrastructure capable of meeting the demands of next-generation compute environments.
