Pune: Netrio has announced the opening of a new office in Pune, India, marking the next phase of its global expansion strategy.
The new Pune facility strengthens Netrio’s international delivery capabilities, enhances 24x7x365 support, and improves service quality for mid-market enterprises with global operations.
The Pune office will be led by Ritesh Gupta, General Manager, India, and Swarup Sinha, Senior Vice President of Delivery, India.
Together, they will build and scale high-performing delivery teams to support the company’s growing global client base across managed IT and cybersecurity services.

Commenting on the expansion, Pete Salamanca, Chief Operating Officer of Netrio, said that India’s deep technology talent pool makes Pune a strategic choice for the company’s international growth.
The new office enables the company to deliver continuous, seamless services for mid-market enterprises while expanding its off-hours support capabilities on a global scale.
Netrio’s expanded presence in India is designed to enhance service consistency, responsiveness, and operational efficiency for clients operating across multiple geographies.

Building on Existing International Operations
Netrio currently operates offices in McKinney, Texas; Buffalo, New York; New York City; and Minneapolis in the United States. In May 2025, the company expanded internationally through the acquisition of Agio, adding an office in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Alongside this, Netrio established a remote team in India, which now serves as the foundation for scaling its India operations and global delivery model through the new Pune office.
