KPIT Technologies Acquires N-Dream to Shape the Future of In-Car Digital Experiences

Pune/Zurich: KPIT Technologies has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in N-Dream, the Zurich-based company known for its AirConsole platform, to accelerate innovation in software-defined vehicles and immersive in-car digital experiences.

In just three years since entering the automotive industry, N-Dream has become one of the fastest-scaling in-car entertainment providers.

Its AirConsole gaming platform – now integrated across BMW, MINI, Volkswagen, Audi, and Porsche vehicles – allows passengers to use their smartphones as game controllers, transforming in-car entertainment into an interactive experience.

N-Dream Joins KPIT to Drive Next-Gen Connected Mobility Solutions

With this acquisition, KPIT Technologies has increased its ownership in N-Dream from 26% to nearly 90%, following disclosures made to the Securities and Exchange Board of India. The transaction marks a major milestone in KPIT’s expansion of software-defined vehicle solutions.

Following the acquisition, N-Dream will continue to operate independently under the KPIT Group. Founder Andrin von Rechenberg, CEO Anthony Cliquot, and CFO Tobias Schneider will retain their leadership positions, ensuring operational continuity.
