Mumbai: KNOT, a 60-minute fashion delivery platform, has raised $5 million in a fresh funding round led by 12 Flags, with continued participation from existing investors Kae Capital and Boundless Ventures.
The funding comes just three months after KNOT’s Pre-Series A round, highlighting sustained investor confidence in the company’s execution speed, customer adoption, and scalable business model.
Founded in 2025 by IIT Bombay graduates Archit Nanda and Rachit Bansal, KNOT is redefining how Indian consumers discover and shop for fashion by integrating hyperlocal supply chains, creator-led discovery, and doorstep trials.
The platform is designed to cater to Gen Z and millennial shoppers seeking speed, convenience, and curated fashion choices delivered within 60 minutes.

Commenting on the raise, Archit Nanda, Founder and CEO of KNOT, said that the platform operates at the intersection of culture and commerce, where fashion is influenced by creators, micro-trends, and real-life inspiration rather than static catalogues.
He added that while much of the earlier funding remains unutilised, the new capital will accelerate network expansion and help bring the KNOT experience to more users across geographies.
Rakesh Kapoor, Founder and CIO of 12 Flags, noted that changing consumer behaviour is driving demand for ultra-fast, mood-based fashion. He said KNOT is well positioned to capitalise on this trend as young shoppers increasingly look for styles that align with the moment and can be accessed instantly.
KNOT Scales Operations and Brand Partnerships
KNOT has already scaled to over 350 daily orders, marking a 3X increase within three months. With the latest funding, the company plans to expand its 60-minute delivery network in Mumbai and other cities by strengthening micro-warehousing, improving routing efficiency, and enhancing last-mile operations.
The platform is also expanding its fashion assortment by onboarding well-known premium brands such as Jack & Jones, Vero Moda, Louis Philippe, Van Heusen, and Allen Solly.
These partnerships significantly broaden KNOT’s offerings across multiple fashion and lifestyle segments, supporting its goal of becoming India’s fastest and most curated fashion discovery platform.
Natasha Malpani, Founder of Boundless Ventures, stated that KNOT is building AI-driven infrastructure that supports how the next generation discovers, tries, and purchases fashion.
She highlighted the company’s focus on fit intelligence, curated demand, and high-speed fulfilment as key differentiators in India’s evolving fashion commerce ecosystem.

As consumer expectations shift towards speed, trust, and personalisation, KNOT is positioning itself as the operating system for instant fashion in India.
By blending the convenience of online shopping with the assurance of offline retail experiences, the company aims to become the preferred fashion destination for Gen Z and young millennials.
