Business Core Solutions Acquires Techie2Pillar to Accelerate Enterprise AI Execution

Techie2Pillar

Chennai: Business Core Solutions (BCS), the world’s first Agentic System Integrator, has announced the acquisition of Techie2Pillar, a company specializing in voice and conversational AI.

The acquisition of Techie2Pillar marks a strategic step by BCS to strengthen its enterprise AI execution capabilities and expand its Agentic-Service-as-a-Software (ASaaS) portfolio.

The move is aimed at enabling organizations to transition from fragmented automation efforts to structured, scalable, and production-ready AI execution models.

By integrating Techie2Pillar, BCS is positioning itself to accelerate enterprise adoption of agent-driven workflows and real-world AI applications.

The acquisition follows a six-month collaboration between the two companies, during which Business Core Solutions and Techie2Pillar jointly worked on multiple real-world business use cases. These engagements leveraged conversational AI and intelligent agents to demonstrate how AI can move beyond experimental pilots into everyday enterprise operations.

The collaboration highlighted the practical value of AI in areas requiring real-time interaction, decision-making, and workflow automation.

It will also serve as the foundation for Proxyn.ai, a newly established sister company of Business Core Solutions.

Through this integration, Techie2Pillar’s expertise in conversational and voice AI will be combined with BCS’ extensive library of over 400 ready-to-deploy agent blueprints, developed across more than 60 enterprise environments.

This combination is expected to significantly enhance BCS’ ability to design and deploy structured, outcome-driven, and scalable enterprise AI systems.

The inclusion of Techie2Pillar strengthens BCS’ focus on delivering production-ready AI solutions that are aligned with business outcomes.

Prakash Palani, CTO of Business Core Solutions, said: “Many organizations have strong ideas for AI, but the real challenge lies in executing them consistently at scale. This acquisition strengthens our ability to deliver reliable production-ready AI Solutions.

Through Proxyn.ai, we are enabling faster agentic use cases deployment with reduced risk, while our Agentic System Integrator model, supported by platforms like Symphony, Anugal, and deKorvai, ensures governance and scalability across the enterprise.”

Bharanish, CTO of Techie2Pillar, added: “Our collaboration with BCS has already shown how conversational AI can deliver real business impact. By becoming part of BCS’s ASaaS portfolio, we can now better design and deploy AI systems that integrate smoothly with enterprise tools.”

The integration of Techie2Pillar into BCS’ ecosystem is expected to address one of the biggest challenges in enterprise AI adoption—scaling from pilot projects to full-scale production systems.

By leveraging Techie2Pillar’s conversational AI expertise alongside BCS’ agentic infrastructure, enterprises can move towards more structured, agent-driven operations.

Ultimately, the acquisition reinforces Business Core Solutions’ strategic vision of transforming enterprise AI from isolated experiments into scalable, governed, and outcome-driven execution frameworks.
