BCT Ventures Raises ₹42 Crore Seed Round Led by 3one4 Capital

Mumbai: BCT Ventures, an AI-native consumer brands platform, has officially launched with a seed investment of ₹42 crore led by 3one4 Capital.

The company will initially focus on the nutrition and wellness sector, leveraging its proprietary artificial intelligence engines to develop scalable and profitable consumer brands through protocol-first products, practitioner-led distribution and AI-driven growth systems.

BCT Ventures said its platform is AI-native across the entire consumer brand value chain, including insights gathering, product development and go-to-market execution.

The company plans to begin with nutrition and wellness before extending its operating model to other underserved consumer categories where trusted education, deep product expertise and repeatable growth infrastructure can help build category-leading brands.

According to BCT Ventures, India’s nutrition and wellness market is witnessing a shift toward preventive healthcare, with urban consumers increasingly moving away from generic products in favour of practitioner-backed, protocol-led solutions.

The company believes consumers are willing to pay a premium for products focused on longevity, prevention and performance, making nutrition and wellness an ideal category for its launch.

Founded by Kashyap Vadapalli, KV Ravi Shekhar and Anubhav Sonthalia, BCT Ventures combines expertise in consumer brand building, digital growth, audience scaling, mergers and acquisitions, and venture creation.

The founding team has previously built and scaled technology-led businesses across Google, eBay, Pepperfry, Doubtnut, Vedantu, WPP, Sokrati and Dentsu.

The company’s platform is built around three proprietary AI engines that collectively power the entire brand-building lifecycle.

Resonance, the Trust and Attention Engine, uses practitioner-led content and AI workflows to build owned audiences while identifying emerging consumer needs.

Nucleus, the Product Engine, transforms practitioner expertise, audience demand signals and AI-led whitespace mapping into protocol-first consumer products.

Meridian, the Performance Marketing Engine, applies AI to accelerate creative testing, media buying, budget allocation and return-on-ad-spend (RoAS) optimisation.

Together, these three engines create a closed-loop operating platform. Resonance identifies market demand, Nucleus develops products, Meridian drives growth, and customer data continuously feeds back into each engine to improve the development and scaling of future brands built by BCT Ventures.
