Cashify has announced the appointment of Raghvendra Singh as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO), effective 1 January 2026.
The elevation comes as the company enters its next phase of growth, with plans to achieve 30–35% expansion, scale operations across more than 300 stores, and broaden its presence beyond smartphone recommerce.
The appointment of Raghvendra Singh follows a period of strong momentum for Cashify, as the company accelerates expansion into new product categories and strengthens its nationwide retail footprint.
The leadership move reflects Cashify’s continued focus on deepening its technology capabilities as a core pillar supporting scale, reliability, and long-term growth.

Raghvendra Singh to Lead Cashify’s Technology Strategy
In his expanded role, Raghvendra Singh will oversee Cashify’s end-to-end technology strategy and execution, including platform architecture, engineering, infrastructure, and security.
His responsibilities will centre on strengthening scalable systems that support high-volume recommerce operations while ensuring platform resilience and data security.
Commenting on the appointment, Mandeep Manocha, Co-founder and CEO, Cashify, said that as the company scales recommerce operations across India, Raghvendra’s leadership assumes increasing importance.
He highlighted Singh’s role in building proprietary platforms, data-driven pricing engines, and verification systems that enable large-scale device reuse nationwide, adding that his elevation to CTO will further strengthen Cashify’s technology roadmap.
Raghvendra brings over a decade of experience at Cashify and has been closely associated with the evolution of its consumer-facing platforms and internal technology systems.
During his tenure, he has held multiple leadership positions, including Head of Engineering, Senior Vice President, and Vice President of Engineering, and has played a key role in building high-performing engineering teams while maintaining platform stability during rapid business growth.
