Pune: Persistent Systems has announced the appointment of Ruchi Kulhari as Executive Vice President – Enterprise Strategy & Execution, reinforcing its focus on scaling global operations and strengthening execution excellence.
The appointment of Ruchi Kulhari comes as Persistent Systems continues to expand its global footprint and deepen its emphasis on AI-led, platform-driven services.
The role is aimed at enhancing enterprise execution, strengthening leadership alignment, and ensuring effective translation of strategy into measurable outcomes across the organization.
In her new role, Ruchi Kulhari will work closely with the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team to drive the company’s most critical priorities.
She will collaborate across business units and functions to convert strategic priorities into clearly defined initiatives with measurable outcomes. Additionally, she will focus on strengthening execution cadence, governance, and accountability across the enterprise.

Her role is expected to reinforce leadership alignment, ensure consistent execution of key mandates, and support coordination with the Board, investors, and strategic partners.
Bringing over two decades of global leadership experience, Ruchi Kulhari has worked extensively across enterprise transformation, organizational strategy, and human resources.
Prior to joining Persistent Systems, she served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Unisys. Her professional journey also includes leadership roles at Coforge, Infosys, and EXL Services.
