Jetapult Onboards AI Experts Oz Silahtar and Dr. Arjun Jain

Pune: AI-driven gaming investment firm Jetapult has expanded its leadership team with the addition of two global AI leaders – Oz Silahtar and Dr. Arjun Jain – to drive deeper integration of artificial intelligence across its mobile game studio portfolio. The appointments mark a strategic move to enhance Jetapult’s proprietary GamePac AI suite and champion the rise of AI-native game development.

Oz Silahtar joins the company as Partner, AI Platforms, bringing extensive experience in machine learning and generative AI. A graduate of MIT and founder of Tarentum AI and UA Hero (acquired by TapNation), Oz previously served as Head of EMEA at Leonardo.ai, which was acquired by Canva in 2024. At Jetapult, he will lead efforts to deploy AI across mobile game production workflows—streamlining creative asset generation, optimizing UA campaigns, and guiding ASO strategies in a post-IDFA landscape.

Dr. Arjun Jain, a generative AI and computer vision expert with a Ph.D. from the Max-Planck Institute, will spearhead research and development for large-scale AI-generated content. With prior roles at Apple and Weta Digital—where he developed motion capture technologies used in Steven Spielberg’s The Adventures of Tintin—Dr. Jain brings deep domain expertise to elevate Jetapult’s game production capabilities.
