Pune: Global management consulting and technology firm ZS has released its ZS India Sustainability Report 2024, showcasing the company’s expanding footprint in social impact and environmental responsibility.
Through its ₹9.3 crore Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) commitment, ZS partnered with 20 nonprofit organizations, touching over 85,655 lives across India.
The ZS India sustainability report details a broad range of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives focused on healthcare, education, women’s economic empowerment, and sustainability.
With active engagement from 2,246 employee volunteers contributing 7,663 hours, ZS is reinforcing its mission to drive meaningful change and create equitable opportunities for underserved communities.

Key Highlights from the ZS India Sustainability Report 2024:
Healthcare:
- In partnership with Jivika Healthcare, 1,200 adolescent girls in Pune received HPV vaccinations to reduce cervical cancer risk.
- Collaborations with Jeevan Stambh Foundation and Seva Arogya Foundation facilitated health camps and OPD clinics in Delhi and Pune, benefiting 12,500+ underserved individuals.
- ZS worked with the Rotary Club to upgrade the Maternity and Neonatal Ward at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Cantonment Hospital, supporting over 2,000 women and newborns.
Education & Digital Inclusion
- Partnered with ROBOTEX India to deliver STEM education to 1,200 students from urban, rural, and tribal schools.
- ZScholarship launched in Pune in 2020 and expanded to Delhi and Bengaluru, offers up to ₹50,000 per student annually for specialized undergraduate programs in partnership with Seva Sahayog and Buddy4Study.
Women’s Economic Empowerment
- In collaboration with Seva Sahayog Foundation, ZS trained women in sewing and tailoring, enabling financial independence and job opportunities.
Environment and Sustainability
- Reinforcing its commitment to climate action, ZS partnered with Green Yatra Trust to plant 500 native saplings at Gawali Udyan in Pune using the Miyawaki afforestation method.
