Zaggle Expands Enterprise Ecosystem with CSK Partnership, Clean Mobility Solution and ZGolf Initiative

Zaggle

Mumbai: Spend management company Zaggle is accelerating its transformation into a scalable, compliance-first fintech infrastructure platform through a series of strategic initiatives spanning enterprise governance, sustainable mobility, and leadership engagement.

In recent weeks, the company has announced three key developments that reflect its broader strategy to expand beyond traditional spend management.

These include a marquee enterprise partnership with Chennai Super Kings through Superking Ventures Private Limited, a closed-loop CNG fleet solution with Adani Total Gas Limited and Hyundai Motor India, and its signature leadership engagement platform, ZGolf by Zaggle.

Together, these initiatives highlight the company’s ambition to build a multi-dimensional, governance-led transaction ecosystem designed to support enterprises with advanced financial infrastructure and operational transparency.

Enterprise Partnership Strengthens Platform Adoption

At the centre of this strategy is the company’s growing engagement with large enterprises that require scale, transparency, and governance-focused financial infrastructure.

Superking Ventures Private Limited, the owner of the Chennai Super Kings franchise, has partnered with Zaggle to implement its Corporate Expense Cards integrated with the Zaggle Spend Management Platform.

The partnership demonstrates the platform’s growing traction among professionally managed organisations seeking real-time expense visibility, structured financial controls, and technology-enabled compliance frameworks.

For the company, such collaborations represent long-term platform integrations rather than standalone transactions. The company aims to deepen enterprise wallet share through recurring financial infrastructure deployments that deliver sustained value to enterprise clients.

ZGolf by Zaggle Expands Leadership Engagement Ecosystem

Alongside its enterprise infrastructure expansion, Zaggle is also investing in relationship-driven engagement platforms.

The company hosted ZGolf by Zaggle, an invite-only leadership engagement initiative at the Classic Golf & Country Club. The curated golf learning session brought together senior corporate leaders for peer interaction, leadership discussions, and experiential networking.

Through its acquisition of GreenEdge, which curates premium golf experiences for leading institutions including the National Payments Corporation of India, Zaggle has strengthened its presence within India’s expanding golf ecosystem.

This initiative positions Zaggle as an end-to-end facilitator of premium engagement platforms that combine hospitality experiences, structured event execution, and measurable business outcomes.

Clean Mobility Partnership with Adani Total Gas

Another strategic development strengthening Zaggle’s ecosystem approach is its collaboration with Adani Total Gas Limited. The partnership introduces a closed-loop CNG fleet solution developed in collaboration with Hyundai Motor India.

The initiative aligns Zaggle with India’s clean mobility transition while addressing the regulatory and operational requirements of fuel management ecosystems.

By integrating payment infrastructure with sector-specific compliance needs, Zaggle is building scalable, ecosystem-driven models that enhance recurring revenue visibility while supporting enterprises operating in high-frequency, compliance-sensitive sectors.

Raj P Narayanam, Founder & Executive Chairman of Zaggle, said: “At Zaggle, our vision has always been to build a governance-first, technology-led financial ecosystem that enables enterprises to operate with greater transparency, efficiency and control. Our approach is centred on increasing enterprise wallet share through platform-led integrations rather than standalone solutions.

Each initiative whether in sports-led enterprise engagement, clean mobility ecosystems, or curated leadership platforms, strengthens the company’s positioning as a trusted, compliance-first fintech infrastructure partner.”

Strengthening Position in India’s Fintech Infrastructure Landscape

Taken together, these initiatives demonstrate Zaggle’s strategic direction toward delivering enterprise-grade financial governance solutions to marquee organisations.

Operating in the B2B2C segment, the company is among India’s leading prepaid card issuers and collaborates with 19 banking partners. As of December 31, 2025, it has issued more than 50 million prepaid cards and serves over 3.7 million users across sectors including banking, financial services, technology, healthcare, manufacturing, FMCG, infrastructure, and automobiles.
