Bengaluru: Synergy 2025, the flagship annual techno-cultural festival of IIIT Bangalore, concluded successfully from November 7–9, marking a record-breaking celebration of innovation, technology, and teamwork.

Drawing participation from more than 100 colleges across India, Synergy 2025 saw an impressive footfall exceeding 2,400 students and achieved over 7,000 event registrations.

The event boasted a prize pool worth over ₹8 lakh and recorded over 6 lakh views on Instagram, along with 50,000+ impressions on Unstop, reflecting its widespread impact across digital and academic communities.

A Dynamic Line-Up of 30+ Events at Synergy 2025

Featuring over 30 events across both online and offline platforms, Synergy 2025 offered a diverse mix of hackathons, coding competitions, esports tournaments, filmmaking contests, debates, and quizzes.

The festival served as a launchpad for creativity and collaboration, fostering technical excellence and innovation among young engineers and technologists.

Industry Insights and Expert Sessions Highlight Synergy 2025

The three-day festival also hosted insightful talks by leading industry professionals, including Balaji Haridass from LG, G S Srinidhi from GE Healthcare, and Sanat Kumar from Aurigo. Their sessions provided valuable insights into the future of technology, innovation, and industrial collaboration.

In addition, the Lean In Club hosted a panel discussion on November 8 featuring six speakers who engaged in meaningful dialogue on leadership and inclusivity in the modern workplace.

Workshops and Industry Collaboration at Synergy 2025

Strengthening the academic–industry interface, Techobytes Technologies conducted hands-on workshops to equip students with practical exposure to emerging technologies and real-world problem-solving methodologies.

Synergy 2025 received strong institutional and industry backing, with LG serving as the Title Sponsor, and MOSIP, ELCIA, CTRI, and Aurigo as Presenting Sponsors. Techobytes Technologies was the Workshop Partner, while the IIIT-B Innovation Center and Software Engineering Lab, IIIT-Bangalore, joined as official partners.

“Synergy this year wasn’t just an event; it was a statement. We raised the bar, set new standards, and did it together,” said Chirayu Choudhary, Integrated M.Tech. student and Organising Committee member.

“Synergy reflects the best of IIIT-B – our students’ energy, creativity, and teamwork. It shows how far students can go when they collaborate, and I’m proud of its continuous growth,” added Prof Manisha Kulkarni, Dean (Student Affairs).
