Mumbai: Mahindra & Mahindra Limited (M&M) has announced the divestment of its wholly owned subsidiary Sampo Rosenlew Oy to Tera Yatirim Teknoloji Holding Anonim Sirketi (TERA).
The deal has been finalized through a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA), under which M&M will transfer its entire stake in the Finnish agricultural and forestry machinery company.

Mahindra Sampo Rosenlew Transaction Details
Following the completion of this agreement, Sampo Rosenlew will no longer remain a subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra.
The divestment is aligned with M&M’s strategy of prioritizing growth opportunities that best position the company for long-term success.
Sampo has been an integral part of M&M’s farm machinery business, contributing advanced technologies that strengthened the company’s capabilities in the sector.

With the transition to TERA, Mahindra believes that Sampo will have the opportunity to explore new avenues of growth and innovation in the Finnish and global markets.
