New Delhi: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow, in collaboration with the JK Organisation, hosted the Lakshmipat Singhania National Leadership Awards 2025 in the presence of Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman.
The prestigious awards honour exceptional individuals who are driving India’s socio-economic transformation through leadership, innovation, and integrity.
Instituted in memory of visionary industrialist Late Shri Lakshmipat Singhania, the Lakshmipat Singhania National Leadership Awards have emerged as a hallmark of purposeful leadership.
Lakshmipat Singhania National Leadership Awards 2025 Edition Celebrates Achievers
The Lakshmipat Singhania National Leadership Awards 2025 edition celebrated achievers across three key categories – Business, Community Service & Social Upliftment, and Science & Technology.
Among the dignitaries present were Raghupati Singhania (Vice President, JK Organisation), Harshpati Singhania (Chairman & MD, JK Paper Ltd), Vinita Singhania (Chairperson, JK Lakshmi Cement), Prof (Dr) M P Gupta (Director, IIM Lucknow), and N K Singh (Chairman of the Jury).
In her keynote address, Finance Minister Sitharaman emphasised the critical role of visionary leaders in India’s development journey, commending institutions like IIM Lucknow for cultivating ethical and resilient leadership. She described the awardees as catalysts of lasting change who are reshaping governance, science, business, and community upliftment.

Commenting on the occasion, Raghupati Singhania reaffirmed JK Organisation’s commitment to nation-building through sustainable practices in education, healthcare, and technology. Harshpati Singhania highlighted the awards as a tribute to leadership that transforms lives and fosters inclusive development. Prof. M.P.
