Pune: Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Limited (BSE: 500245), a prominent manufacturer of castings, pig iron, steel, and seamless tubes in India, reported robust financial performance for the first quarter of FY 2025-26 (Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Q1 FY26) , reinforcing its position as a key player in the Indian metals and engineering sector.
The company posted a standalone revenue of ₹1,685.1 crore in Q1 FY26, marking an 8% increase year-on-year (YoY). Standalone net profit (PAT) surged by 27% YoY to ₹95.8 crore, reflecting strong demand recovery, strategic operational execution, and improved market sentiment.

KFIL also announced key strategic developments during the quarter:
- Proposed merger of wholly owned subsidiaries—Oliver Engineering and Adicca Energy Solutions—into KFIL, aimed at operational streamlining and synergy enhancement.
- Declared preferred bidder in the electronic auction for the Jambunatha iron ore mine in Karnataka, securing long-term raw material supply and strengthening backward integration.
