Chennai: Axis Bank has collaborated with Adda Education to launch a structured Hire Train Deploy programme aimed at building a distinctive cadre of Relationship Managers (RMs) for its Commercial Banking Group (CBG).

The Hire Train Deploy programme is designed to strengthen the Bank’s rapidly growing Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) franchise, identified as one of its key strategic priority areas.

The Hire Train Deploy programme introduces a structured Hire-Train-Deploy (HTD) model that focuses on building role-ready capabilities tailored to the nuanced requirements of SME clients.

Through this Hire Train Deploy programme, Axis Bank seeks to address the gap between hiring and real-world readiness by equipping Relationship Managers with application-led training and practical exposure aligned with Commercial Banking needs.

Launched at a time when the Union Budget 2026 places strong emphasis on skilling and service-sector employment, the Hire Train Deploy programme ensures that new Relationship Managers are deployment-ready and effective from day one.
