Pune: A delegation of 60 members from CREDAI Pune, comprising leading real estate developers from the city, recently visited the Experience Centre of Krisala Hiranandani Township Pune at North Hinjawadi to gain first-hand insights into its planning, execution, and township development model.
The visit to Krisala Hiranandani Township Pune began with an interactive session at the Phygital Table, where the project team presented detailed information on the township’s strategic location, regional connectivity, and surrounding infrastructure.
The session provided CREDAI Pune members with a comprehensive understanding of the township’s positioning within one of Pune’s fastest-growing development corridors.

Integrated Planning and Sustainability at Krisala Hiranandani Township Pune
The delegation then explored the TERI Lab, where engineers demonstrated raw material testing processes and shared insights into sustainability measures adopted to maintain optimal Air Quality Index (AQI) levels across the township.
This was followed by an immersive presentation in the AV Room, highlighting the township’s vision and master planning, with a specific focus on Everland, the first sector, and the Della Sector, outlining design intent, scale, and long-term development planning.
Commenting on the visit, Aakash Agarwal, Managing Director, Krisala Developers, said, “Engagements like these go beyond showcasing a project.

Krisala Hiranandani Township Pune: Key Execution Milestones
CREDAI Pune members also toured the 2 BHK and 3 BHK sample apartments, experiencing the layouts, finishes, and construction quality firsthand.
The leadership team shared key execution milestones, including the sale of 1,119 homes in the first phase within eight hours, offering insights into the township’s scale, demand, and delivery capabilities. The visit enabled in-depth discussions around execution strategy, design philosophy, and township-level planning.
Krisala Developers has 6.3 million sq. ft. under development and has completed more than 2.3 million sq. ft. of construction.
