AI-assisted bookings now account for 15–45% of total sales in leading ANAROCK mandates, reaching as high as 60% in a recent Chennai project. The top 10% of leads identified by Astra Platinum contribute 40–60% of all bookings.
The platform addresses key challenges such as dropped leads, night-time enquiries, and low re-engagement rates.
Walk-in Genie enables 24/7 engagement, while Astra Phoenix reactivates 8–9% of failed leads to add 5–6% to project bookings. Meanwhile, CP Ranker identifies the top 5% of channel partners contributing 40–50% of sales.

ANAROCK data indicates that primary housing sales in India’s top seven cities declined 9% YoY in Q3 2025, falling to 97,080 units from 1,07,060 units in Q3 2024.
However, total sales value grew 14% to ₹1.52 lakh crore, driven by premium and luxury demand. Average residential prices rose 9% YoY to ₹9,105 per sq. ft. in Q3 2025.
