Mumbai: Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.’s Farm Equipment Business (FEB), part of the Mahindra Group, has announced its sales performance for Mahindra Tractor Sales August 2025, reporting a strong 28% year-on-year growth in domestic volumes.

In August 2025, Mahindra’s domestic tractor sales stood at 26,201 units, up from 20,518 units in the same month last year. Including exports, the company’s total tractor sales reached 28,117 units, compared to 21,917 units in August 2024.

Export sales contributed 1,916 units, representing a 37% growth over the previous year.

Factors Driving Mahindra Tractor Sales August 2025

Commenting on the performance, Veejay Nakra, President – Farm Equipment Business, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., said: “We sold 26,201 tractors in the domestic market during August 2025, a growth of 28% over last year.

The above-normal monsoon and improved reservoir levels augur well for Kharif crops and the upcoming Rabi season. While the IMD’s forecast of surplus rainfall in September may pose some risks, continued government financing support and festive season demand are likely to sustain growth. In exports, we achieved a 37% rise, selling 1,916 tractors.”

Year-to-Date Mahindra Tractor Sales August 2025

For the year-to-date (YTD) period ending August 2025, Mahindra’s tractor sales (domestic + exports) totaled 1,90,914 units, compared to 1,70,593 units in the same period last year, reflecting a 12% increase. Domestic sales accounted for 1,82,390 units (up 12%), while exports stood at 8,524 units (up 13%).
