Bengaluru: Mphasis Limited (BSE: 526299; NSE: MPHASIS), a leading provider of cloud and cognitive IT services, reported its highest-ever Total Contract Value (Mphasis TCV) of USD 760 million in the first quarter of FY26, marking a strong start to the fiscal year.

The company continues to deepen its focus on AI-powered services, which contributed to 68% of the Mphasis TCV wins in the quarter ended June 30, 2025.

Financial Highlights – Q1 FY26:

  • Gross Revenue: ₹34,950 million; grew 9.2% YoY and 0.4% QoQ (reported)
  • Constant Currency Revenue Growth: 6.5% YoY and 1.0% QoQ
  • Direct Revenue: ↑10.9% YoY, ↑1.1% QoQ (reported); ↑8.1% YoY in constant currency
  • Operating Margin: 15.3%
  • Net Profit: ₹4,417 million; ↑9.2% YoY
  • EPS: ₹23.2; ↑8.5% YoY
