Mumbai: Carbon-neutral data center and AI infrastructure provider RackBank has announced the official launch of its MITRA Hiring Program – Mission for Intelligence, Technology, Resilience and AI.
The initiative is designed to offer meaningful career opportunities for skilled Indian armed forces veterans, enabling their transition into vital roles across data center operations, cybersecurity, and AI-driven infrastructure.

Through the MITRA Hiring Program, RackBank aims to leverage the unmatched discipline, strategic foresight, and operational expertise of veterans by integrating them into high-impact roles such as:
- Data Centre Operations Managers
- Cybersecurity Analysts
- AI Infrastructure Support Specialists
- Logistics and Compliance Officers
- Network and Surveillance Command Specialists
These positions include a mix of full-time and contractual roles (ranging from 12 to 18 months), with potential pathways to long-term employment based on performance and alignment with company needs.
