Pune: Envalior, a global leader in high-performance engineering materials, has joined forces with Venture Center, a top-rated science-based incubator under CSIR’s National Chemical Laboratory, to launch the Envalior Sustainability Innovation Program.
This initiative, part of Envalior’s CSR commitment, aims to nurture early-stage technology startups working on sustainability challenges such as clean energy, carbon capture, green mobility, and the circular economy.

Designed to empower startups tackling climate change and resource efficiency, the Envalior Sustainability Innovation Program will offer non-dilutive grant support, mentorship, and technical access to Venture Center’s incubation ecosystem.
Envalior Sustainability Innovation Program – Startups can apply for:
- Technology Advancement Grants of up to ₹10 lakh to refine prototypes, explore market potential, and gain regulatory approvals.
- Pilot Grants of up to ₹5 lakh for real-world field trials and technical feasibility validation.

Speaking about the launch, Nileshkumar Kukalyekar, Business Director for South Asia, Middle East, and Africa at Envalior, said, “India holds enormous potential in sustainable innovation. Through this collaboration, we aim to make critical early-stage support accessible and help transform technical ideas into real-world impact.”

The Envalior Sustainability Innovation Program is expected to catalyze a pipeline of impactful, climate-positive technologies and contribute to India’s long-term green goals. The first call for applications will be announced shortly.
