Bengaluru: Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. (“Mahindra Lifespaces”), the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, has signed a definitive Share Purchase Agreement with Shreyas Stones Pvt. Ltd. (SSPL) to acquire 100% of the company’s equity.
The strategic acquisition unlocks a high-potential development parcel spanning ~8.79 acres in Navaratna Agrahara Village, located in the fast-growing North Bengaluru corridor.
The land parcel, located near the Bengaluru-Hyderabad Highway and within close proximity to Kempegowda International Airport, enhances Mahindra Lifespaces’ existing land bank in the region.

The newly acquired site sits adjacent to the company’s current holdings, collectively enabling a unified premium residential project with a total Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately ₹2,100 crore.
