Pune: In a landmark initiative aimed at advancing senior living infrastructure and affordable housing in India, Paranjape Schemes Construction Ltd., in strategic collaboration with India Housing For All (AIF) and Unity Small Finance Bank, has secured funding for Ananda Athashri, a flagship senior living project under the well-known Athashri brand.
Situated within the expansive 40-acre Happiness Hub township in Varve, Pune, Ananda Athashri will offer 500 senior-friendly homes as part of a larger development intended to house over 8,500 residents. The project is a model for climate-resilient, middle-income affordable housing and aligns with the broader goals of sustainable urban growth under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY).
