    Kirloskar Oil Engines Q1 FY27

Pune: Kirloskar Oil Engines Q1 FY27 results highlighted a 16% year-on-year growth in revenue from operations, while the company reported a standalone net profit of ₹99 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.

Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited (KOEL) (BSE: 533293; NSE: KIRLOSENG), a manufacturer of internal combustion engines, generator sets and agricultural equipment with a significant international presence, announced its unaudited financial results for the first quarter of the financial year ending March 31, 2027.

Commenting on the Kirloskar Oil Engines Q1 FY27 performance, Gauri Kirloskar, Vice Chairperson and Managing Director, Kirloskar Oil Engines, said, “Q1 FY27 marked another important milestone in KOEL’s transformation into a technology-led engineering and power solutions company.

Despite geopolitical uncertainty and continued weakness in key export markets, the Company delivered broad-based domestic growth across its Power Generation, Industrial, and Distribution & Aftermarket businesses, reflecting stronger execution, market share gains and an increasingly resilient business model.

During the quarter, KOEL strengthened its leadership in the domestic power generation market while advancing its next-generation technology platforms.

The Company expanded its OptiPrime modular power systems portfolio for mission-critical applications and continued to broaden its capabilities in gas-based distributed power.

These investments are expanding KOEL’s addressable markets and positioning the Company for long-term growth across data centres, industrial power, utilities and strategic sectors.

The Industrial business continued to diversify into new segments and applications, while the Distribution & Aftermarket business recorded another strong quarter driven by service-led growth and successfully executed its first turnkey high-horsepower repowering project.

KOEL Fluid Dynamics strengthened its technology portfolio with 13 new product launches, significant growth in domestic industrial pumps and continued operational improvements, while Arka Financial Services expanded its national footprint and assets under management.

While exports remained impacted by global geopolitical developments and delayed customer investments, the Company implemented calibrated pricing actions and continued to drive cost optimisation and operational excellence.

KOEL remains confident of delivering improved profitability as these initiatives take effect and of sustaining long-term growth through continued investments in innovation, advanced engineering and customer-centric power solutions.”
