Pune: Kirloskar Pneumatic Q1 FY27 results were announced by Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Ltd (KPCL), with the company reporting a 10% year-on-year increase in Revenue from Operations to ₹300 crore and a 24% year-on-year rise in Profit Before Tax (PBT) to ₹46 crore.
KPCL, listed on the BSE (505283) and NSE (KIRLPNU), operates in the Air, Refrigeration and Gas Compression business in India.
Commenting on the Kirloskar Pneumatic Q1 FY27 performance, Aman Kirloskar, Managing Director, KPCL, said: “While revenue growth during the quarter was modest, the Company maintained a stable business performance in a dynamic operating environment.
We remain focused on executing our strategic priorities, expanding our product portfolio, and improving operational efficiencies, which we believe will support sustainable long-term growth.”
Kirloskar Pneumatic Q1 FY27: Order book remains strong
As part of the Kirloskar Pneumatic Q1 FY27 update, the company said its orders on hand as of July 1, 2026 stood at ₹1,853 crore, compared with ₹1,863 crore at the beginning of the year.
New compressor launched under Tezcatlipoca range
During the quarter, KPCL launched the A-800 centrifugal compressor under its Tezcatlipoca range, further expanding its product portfolio.
The company stated that the compression business continues to be its primary revenue driver, contributing approximately 94% of total revenue and remaining its sole reporting segment.
Tonalli biogas solution introduced
In the Kirloskar Pneumatic Q1 FY27 announcement, the company also introduced “Tonalli,” a compact biogas solution aimed at addressing the growing need for sustainable energy and efficient waste management.
The system converts organic waste into biogas for captive consumption, enabling customers to reduce energy costs and improve environmental sustainability.
According to the company, Tonalli is designed for factories, hotels and restaurants generating 100 kg to 250 kg of food waste per day.
Credit rating upgraded
KPCL said its credit rating was upgraded to AA from AA(-) with a stable outlook. The company stated that the upgrade reflects its strong financial fundamentals, robust liquidity position and consistent operational performance.
KPCL added that the rating upgrade underscores the confidence of CRISIL in the company’s long-term growth prospects and financial discipline.
