MICK Digital India has entered the medical devices distribution segment through a strategic partnership with Andhra Pradesh MedTech Zone (AMTZ), marking a significant expansion of the company’s healthcare vertical and strengthening the reach of indigenous healthcare technologies across the country.
MICK Digital India Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MIC Electronics Limited, has been empanelled as an authorised Channel Partner of Andhra Pradesh MedTech Zone (AMTZ), reinforcing its healthcare technology portfolio and expanding nationwide access to Made-in-India medical devices.
The empanelment authorises MICK Digital India to market, distribute, and provide support for AMTZ-manufactured medical devices and healthcare equipment across hospitals, healthcare institutions, and government healthcare programmes throughout India.
As an authorised channel partner, the company will also be eligible to participate in government procurement opportunities through platforms and initiatives such as the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), National Health Mission (NHM), and various State Health Missions.
Through this partnership, MICK Digital India will distribute a wide range of healthcare technologies, including critical care equipment such as ventilators, patient monitors and ICU systems, dialysis and renal care equipment, surgical and operation theatre solutions, diagnostic imaging and laboratory equipment, hospital infrastructure products, and medical consumables.
The development marks a significant milestone in MICK Digital India’s expansion into India’s rapidly growing healthcare technology sector.
The initiative aligns with the Government of India’s vision of strengthening domestic medical device manufacturing under the Make in India and Atmanirbhar Bharat initiatives.

India’s medical devices market is currently estimated at nearly USD 11 billion and is projected to grow to approximately USD 50 billion by 2030, creating substantial opportunities for domestic manufacturers and distribution partners.
At a time when a considerable share of India’s medical device requirements continues to be met through imports, the collaboration seeks to enhance access to high-quality, locally manufactured healthcare technologies across the country.
By combining AMTZ’s manufacturing ecosystem with MICK Digital India’s distribution and engineering capabilities, the partnership aims to bridge the gap between indigenous manufacturing and the increasing demand for advanced healthcare infrastructure.
The initiative will focus on serving government district hospitals, medical colleges, community and primary health centres, private hospitals, nursing homes, diagnostic laboratories, imaging centres, defence healthcare establishments, and corporate hospital networks.

The empanelment is expected to strengthen MICK Digital India’s healthcare business by enabling participation in large-scale institutional and government healthcare procurement programmes while providing hospitals and healthcare providers access to cost-effective, domestically manufactured medical equipment.
The company also plans to leverage its technical expertise to offer installation, integration and after-sales support services, thereby creating a comprehensive healthcare technology distribution platform.
MICK Digital India’s healthcare expansion builds on the strong foundation of its parent company, MIC Electronics Limited, a Hyderabad-headquartered electronics manufacturer with more than 36 years of engineering and manufacturing expertise.
Incorporated in 2024, MICK Digital India was established as the Group’s dedicated commercial and solutions subsidiary, operating across Indian Railways, Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS/SMT), Medical Electronics Distribution, and LED Lighting Solutions.
