With more than two decades of experience spanning diagnostics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare technologies, Sandeep Pandya has successfully built and scaled international businesses across Asia, Africa, Europe, and other emerging markets.
Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions at Meril Life Sciences, Beacon Diagnostics, CTX Life Sciences, and Span Diagnostics, where he played a key role in international market development, distributor network expansion, regulatory initiatives, and commercialization programs.

In his new role, Sandeep Pandya will lead Avio Smart Market Stack’s international business development initiatives.
His responsibilities will include driving market expansion, strengthening strategic partnerships, developing distribution networks, and advancing the commercialization of the company’s healthcare portfolio across international markets.
A major focus area for Sandeep Pandya will be the expansion of Huwel Lifesciences’ molecular diagnostics portfolio, which forms a critical component of Avio Smart Market Stack’s healthcare strategy.
The portfolio comprises advanced molecular diagnostic solutions targeting tuberculosis (TB), drug-resistant TB, sepsis, HPV, hepatitis, antimicrobial resistance (AMR), respiratory illnesses, and several other infectious diseases.
