Frankfurt, Germany / Pune, India: Sudarshan Chemical has inaugurated its second global head office at the Hillsite Office Building in Schwalbach am Taunus near Frankfurt, marking another milestone in the company’s international expansion following its acquisition of the Heubach Group in March 2025.

The inauguration took place on June 9 and reflects Sudarshan Chemical’s long-term commitment to Germany and Europe as key pillars of its global growth strategy.

The nearly 21,000-square-foot facility will serve as Sudarshan Chemical’s second global headquarters alongside its existing global head office in Pune, India.

Situated approximately 11 kilometers from the company’s production site at Industriepark Höchst, the open-plan office has been designed to encourage collaboration and integration across the organization’s unified global operations.

The establishment of the Frankfurt office underscores Sudarshan Chemical’s post-integration ambitions after the Heubach acquisition and reinforces its focus on strengthening its international presence while supporting customers and operations across global markets.

Rajesh Rathi, Global Chairman and Managing Director, Sudarshan, said: “The Frankfurt Hillsite Office is more than a new workspace — it is a clear signal of how important Germany and Europe are to our global ambitions. This office reflects the scale and direction of where we are headed.”

The new office is expected to play a significant role in enhancing coordination between the company’s European operations and its broader global network, enabling Sudarshan Chemical to further streamline collaboration across regions.
