Firstsource Solutions Crosses US$1 Billion Revenue Run-Rate

Mumbai: Firstsource Solutions Limited (NSE: FSL, BSE: 532809), a leading provider of business process management services and part of the RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group, announced robust financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended March 31, 2025. The company crossed a significant milestone by achieving a US$1 billion annualized revenue run-rate, underlining the strength of its digital-first, client-centric growth strategy.

In Q4 FY25, Firstsource Solutions posted revenues of ₹21,615 million (US$250 million), marking a 29.4% year-over-year growth. EBIT rose by 32.4% YoY to ₹2,422 million, while PAT stood at ₹1,607 million, up by 22.6% YoY. The company reported a diluted EPS of ₹2.28 for the quarter.

For the full fiscal year, revenue grew 25.9% YoY to ₹79,803 million (US$944 million). EBIT for FY25 rose by 26.5% to ₹8,806 million, with PAT reaching ₹5,945 million. Diluted EPS for FY25 stood at ₹8.42.

Commenting on the results, Dr. Sanjiv Goenka, Chairman of the RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group and Firstsource Solutions, said, “FY25 has been a transformative year for us. The company secured a record number of large contracts, with 14 major deals closed during FY25, including its largest-ever healthcare BPaaS contract in North America and key wins across fintech, healthcare, and media sectors. Additionally, Firstsource added 43 new clients over the year, showcasing strong client acquisition momentum.

Firstsource Solutions also introduced the Agentic AI Studio to drive operational transformation through AI-driven agents, enhancing efficiency and innovation.

The company ended FY25 with a workforce of 34,651 employees, adding over 6,700 net new hires, with 80% coming from offshore and nearshore locations. A strong focus on talent development led to over 200,000 hours of digital learning delivered across emerging technology domains.

Firstsource Solutions – ESG Performance

Aligning with its sustainability goals, Firstsource Solutions earned accolades for its ESG performance, including a Silver rating in the 2025 EcoVadis assessment and recognition in the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook for the second consecutive year.

Looking ahead, Firstsource Solutions projects a revenue growth of 12%-15% in constant currency terms for FY26, with operating margins expected between 11.25% and 12%.
