The resurgence in demand for Ola Electric is largely attributed to a structural transformation in its service operations.

More than 80% of vehicles sold by the company are now serviced on the same day, driven by improved parts availability, faster diagnostics, and tighter operational control across its service network.

These operational improvements have played a critical role in enhancing turnaround times and overall customer experience.

After facing service-related challenges in recent months, the company implemented deep operational changes aimed at rebuilding customer trust. The improved service efficiency has strengthened customer confidence, directly contributing to rising demand and higher conversion rates across the Ola Electric portfolio.

An Ola Electric spokesperson said, “We are seeing a clear inflection in demand, with daily orders scaling steadily through March and accelerating meaningfully in the final weeks. This momentum is being driven by the structural improvements in our service operations, which are now delivering faster turnaround times and a significantly better ownership experience.

As customer confidence strengthens, we are seeing stronger conversion across our portfolio, giving us confidence that this recovery will further sustain and scale.”

In a major milestone, the company also became the first electric vehicle (EV) brand in India to cross 1 million cumulative registrations, according to VAHAN data. This achievement marks a defining moment not only for Ola Electric but also for the broader EV ecosystem in India.

The campaign introduces several industry-first initiatives designed to boost consumer confidence in Ola Electric vehicles.

These include a Service Trust Guarantee offering complimentary Ola cab rides in case of service delays, a Buyback Guarantee ensuring assured value on every vehicle, and an 8-year extended warranty across the Ola Electric portfolio.

The combination of strong March performance, improved service fundamentals, and strategic market initiatives signals a decisive turnaround for the company.

With renewed momentum and strengthened customer trust, the company is positioning itself to lead the next phase of EV adoption in India with scale, reliability, and enhanced value proposition.
