Pune: Krisala Grand Record Registry has marked a historic milestone in the Indian real estate sector as Krisala Developers successfully completed more than 300 property registrations in a single day, setting a new benchmark for large-scale digital property registrations.
Executed under the initiative Krisala Grand Record Registry, the achievement is being recognised by the India Book of Records and the Asia Book of Records for the highest number of property agreements executed by a developer in a single day.
Officials from both record authorities were present to verify and certify the registrations carried out during the Krisala Grand Record Registry initiative.

Beyond setting a real estate milestone, Krisala Grand Record Registry represents a significant step toward the Digital India vision. The initiative demonstrated how digital infrastructure can enable faceless, paperless, and efficient governance in property transactions through the use of digital documentation, streamlined verification systems, and coordinated registration infrastructure.
The large-scale property registration exercise carried out under Krisala Grand Record Registry enabled hundreds of homebuyers to complete property registrations seamlessly within a single day, despite the limited time frame.
The initiative is being regarded as a first-of-its-kind operational achievement in the real estate sector.

Krisala Grand Record Registry: Extensive Pre-Event Planning
Aakash Agarwal, Managing Director of Krisala Developers, said: “This achievement reflects the strong confidence homebuyers have shown in the vision of the Krisala. In just two months, Phase I Everland and Phase II Everlyn together witnessed the sale of nearly 2,000 homes, reinforcing that today’s buyers are looking beyond square footage and investing in complete lifestyle ecosystems.
Through this record initiative, we aimed to demonstrate how technology and organised planning can redefine home ownership in the digital era.”
The execution of Krisala Grand Record Registry was supported by extensive pre-event planning that included documentation readiness, digital infrastructure setup, coordinated client communication, and the participation of a wide network of banking partners and the Customer Relation Manager (CRM) team.
