Ketan Somani to Lead Strategic Industries and Co-Innovation at Bounteous

Chennai: Bounteous, a global digital transformation consultancy, has elevated Ketan Somani to the position of President of Strategic Industries and Regional CEO for EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) and APAC (Asia-Pacific). The move underscores the company’s commitment to accelerating growth through AI-driven innovation and co-creation with clients worldwide.

In his expanded leadership role, Ketan will spearhead global strategy across Financial Services, Media & Telecommunications, and Diversified Industries, while also continuing to lead regional growth efforts in EMEA and APAC.

Ketan will additionally serve as the executive sponsor for the company’s AI initiatives, overseeing the development and deployment of next-gen AI-powered solutions that drive intelligent operations, scalable growth, and enhanced customer experiences.

Ketan Somani Achievements

Since joining Bounteous in 2017, Ketan Somani has been instrumental in doubling the company’s revenues and establishing a strong presence across global markets. He led the launch and rapid expansion of the EMEA region, built a robust APAC business, and helped secure a strategic investment from private equity firm New Mountain Capital. His efforts also turned multiple Tier 1 Global Capability Center (GCC) clients into strategic long-term partners.
