Mumbai: Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited has announced the signing of the Club Mahindra Dapoli Resort, a new beachside property near Murud Beach, further expanding its presence along the Maharashtra coastline.
The Club Mahindra Dapoli Resort will add 110 keys to the company’s growing leisure hospitality portfolio as part of its long-term expansion strategy.
The addition of the Club Mahindra Dapoli Resort aligns with the company’s FY26–FY30 growth roadmap, which aims to expand the brand’s footprint to over 10,000 keys under the Club Mahindra network and 12,000 keys across its overall portfolio.
Through a mix of strategic resort signings, greenfield developments, and management contracts across high-demand tourist corridors, Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited is working toward its ambition of becoming India’s leading leisure hospitality brand.
The upcoming Club Mahindra Dapoli Resort will be developed on a 13-acre site, reinforcing the company’s focus on destinations that are witnessing strong drive-to tourism demand.
Dapoli, located along Maharashtra’s scenic Konkan coast, is emerging as a key tourism destination and strengthens the company’s presence in high-growth coastal markets.
The Club Mahindra Dapoli Resort will feature 110 keys, which will be introduced in phases. The first phase of the Club Mahindra Dapoli Resort, comprising 52 keys, is expected to launch in Q1 FY27, while the remaining inventory is scheduled to open in Q2 FY27.

Club Mahindra Dapoli Resort: Immersive Holiday Experiences for Families
The Club Mahindra Dapoli Resort is planned as a contemporary coastal retreat designed to offer immersive holiday experiences for families.
Amenities at the Club Mahindra Dapoli Resort will include a sea-facing all-day dining restaurant, an open-air café, swimming pool and spa, a fully equipped fitness centre, and a dedicated Happy Hub for children’s recreation.
In addition to leisure facilities, the Club Mahindra Dapoli Resort will also cater to large events and celebrations.
The property will feature a 500-pax indoor banquet hall and an expansive outdoor lawn capable of hosting 800–1,000 guests, positioning the resort as a destination venue for weddings, corporate gatherings, and large-format events.
The Club Mahindra Dapoli Resort also marks the first of several planned developments along India’s western coast, reflecting the company’s strategy of strengthening its presence in high-potential coastal tourism destinations while expanding its hospitality network in line with long-term growth targets.
