Pune: KSB Limited Q4 2025 results reflect a strong financial and operational performance, with the company reporting a 6.42% year-on-year increase in annual sales revenue to ₹2,696 crore for the year ended December 31, 2025.

The KSB Limited Q4 2025 announcement also highlighted a 7.93% growth in sales revenue during the fourth quarter compared to the same period last year, closing Q4 with ₹784 crore in revenue.

The Board has announced a 220% dividend, reflecting a consistent year-on-year increase and demonstrating the company’s strong performance.

Strong Revenue Growth in KSB Limited Q4 2025

As per the official statement on KSB Limited Q4 2025, the company’s sales revenue for the full year stood at ₹2,695.7 crore compared to ₹2,533.1 crore in 2024.

  • For the fourth quarter (Oct–Dec 2025), sales were reported at ₹784.0 crore, up from ₹726.4 crore in Q4 2024.
  • Other income for Q4 2025 stood at ₹16.4 crore compared to ₹10.2 crore in the same quarter last year. For the full year, other income increased to ₹65.9 crore from ₹41.5 crore in 2024.
  • Expenses for Q4 2025 were ₹696.3 crore, compared to ₹642.8 crore in Q4 2024. For the full year, expenses stood at ₹2,409.0 crore versus ₹2,252.6 crore in 2024.
  • Profit Before Tax (PBT) for Q4 2025 rose to ₹104.1 crore from ₹93.8 crore in Q4 2024. On a yearly basis, PBT increased to ₹352.6 crore compared to ₹322.0 crore in 2024.
  • The PBT margin for Q4 2025 stood at 13.3%, up from 12.9% in the corresponding quarter last year. For the full year, PBT margin improved to 13.1% from 12.7% in 2024.

Key Orders and Project Wins in KSB Limited Q4 2025

  • Solar Projects: Orders for solar pumps worth ₹58 crore were received from the Department of Horticulture, Rajasthan; Maharashtra State Electricity; Maharashtra Energy; MPUVNL; and DGVCL.
  • Refinery Project – Export (Algeria): An export order was secured for the Hassi Massoud Refinery Project, Algeria.
  • Pumps Export (UAE): A major order in the water segment was received from KSB Pumps Arabia.
  • Specialized Service Order – Cavern Application: A breakthrough service order was received for a customized solution for a cavern application (LPG).
  • Power Plant Project: A key order was received for a power plant based in Chhattisgarh.
