Pune: KPIT Q3FY26 results highlight the company’s 22nd consecutive quarter of growth, as KPIT Technologies continued to strengthen its leadership in AI-infused mobility solutions.
The company reported steady revenue growth, improved revenue quality, strong deal wins, and continued investments in AI-defined mobility programs during the third quarter of FY26
KPIT Technologies, a global leader in mobility software solutions for a cleaner, smarter, and safer world, announced revenues of $181 million in Q3FY26.
The company recorded year-on-year growth of 9.4% in ₹ terms and 3.0% in dollar terms, with quarter-on-quarter growth of 1.9% in ₹ and 0.2% in reported dollar terms.

KPIT Q3FY26 Revenue Performance Driven by Off-Highway and Powertrain Segments
Growth during KPIT Q3FY26 was led by the off-highway sub-vertical, along with continued traction in powertrain, after-sales, and diagnostics domains.
The company also reported strong deal momentum, closing new engagements worth $202 million in total contract value during the quarter.
Revenue quality continued to improve, supported by a rising share of fixed-price programs, enabling deeper penetration of AI-infused solutions. Revenue per employee also showed consistent improvement during the quarter.
KPIT Q3FY26 Profitability and Cash Position Remain Resilient
For KPIT Q3FY26, EBITDA margin stood at 20.6%, even after absorbing partial wage hikes during the quarter. EBITDA grew 6.8% year-on-year and remained largely flat on a quarter-on-quarter basis, while EBIT margin was reported at 15.6%.
The company maintained healthy cash generation, with net cash of ₹9.0 billion at the end of the quarter, reinforcing its strong balance sheet position.

KPIT Q3FY26 Leadership Enhancements and Strategic Focus
During KPIT Q3FY26, the company strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Anup Sable as Chief Operating Officer. KPIT also enhanced its Chief Technology Office structure by promoting homegrown leaders and integrating group company capabilities to further strengthen solution development and delivery.
Commenting on KPIT Q3FY26 performance, Kishor Patil, Co-founder, CEO and Managing Director of KPIT Technologies, said the mobility industry is transitioning from software-defined to AI-defined vehicles.
He highlighted the company’s continued investments in reimagining the software lifecycle, improving speed and quality, and deploying AI-infused solutions in production programs.
Sachin Tikekar, Co-founder and Joint Managing Director, noted deeper client partnerships as OEMs increasingly seek end-to-end ownership and outcome-led delivery.
He also highlighted growing traction in truck and off-highway segments and the company’s focus on building leadership depth and a solution-oriented talent ecosystem.

KPIT Q3FY26: Key Strategic and Business Highlights
During the quarter, KPIT partnered with HMC HIVE to drive innovation in light electric vehicles, marking its entry into the micromobility segment.
The company also reimagined mobility software through agentic AI solutions built on Microsoft AI infrastructure, with Microsoft featuring KPIT among frontier AI firms from India and Southeast Asia.
