San Jose, California: Mixx Technologies, a global deep-tech company advancing high-performance optical connectivity for artificial intelligence systems, has secured $33 million in Series A funding.

The milestone investment reaffirms rising industry confidence in Mixx Technologies and its mission to redefine AI infrastructure through full-stack optical integration.

The Series A round for Mixx Technologies was led by ICM HPQC Fund, with participation from TDK Ventures, Systemiq Capital, Banpu Innovation & Ventures, G Vision Capital, Ajinomoto Group Ventures, AVITIC Innovation Fund, and multiple strategic partners.

The round was oversubscribed, emphasizing widespread support for the company’s breakthrough approach to eliminating data-movement limitations in AI systems.

Mixx Technologies Builds on Deep Expertise in Silicon Photonics and Co-Packaged Optics

Founded by innovators responsible for Intel’s silicon photonics transceivers and Broadcom’s industry-leading co-packaged optics (CPO) for network switches, Mixx Technologies is leveraging decades of optical engineering leadership to resolve interconnect challenges that hinder AI scalability and performance.

By merging photonics, advanced packaging technologies, and system-architecture innovations, the company is constructing a new foundation for faster, more parallelized AI infrastructure.
