Gurugram: Yatra Online, Inc. (NASDAQ: YTRA), the corporate travel services provider and online travel company, announced a significant restructuring to accelerate its next phase of expansion.

As part of the Yatra leadership transition, Co-Founder Dhruv Shringi has been elevated from Chief Executive Officer to Executive Chairman of the Board.

Shringi, who has led the company since inception, will now focus on long-term strategic vision, global expansion initiatives, innovation-led growth, and enhancing shareholder value. He will work closely with the Board and senior leadership to guide the company’s future direction.

Yatra Leadership Transition Brings Siddhartha Gupta as New CEO

Effective November 25, 2025, the Yatra leadership transition also includes the appointment of Siddhartha Gupta as Chief Executive Officer.

Gupta brings more than 25 years of experience across enterprise technology, B2B SaaS, digital transformation, and global business scaling. His career spans leadership roles at SAP, HP, and high-growth SaaS companies in India and international markets.

Shringi said the transition comes at the right moment for Yatra, positioning it to consolidate its leadership in India and unlock growth avenues globally. He highlighted that Gupta’s expertise in enterprise sales and SaaS aligns with Yatra’s B2B-first approach.

Gupta stated that his priorities will include accelerating Yatra’s growth, strengthening product and technology capabilities, and enhancing value delivery for corporate customers as the company expands its global footprint.

Over the last 12 months, Yatra has onboarded 148 new corporate clients with an estimated annual business potential exceeding ₹700 crore.

This performance underscores the company’s strong momentum in the managed corporate travel segment and reaffirms its position as a preferred partner for enterprises.
