London: The Bicester Collection has officially announced the winners of the Unlock Her Future Prize 2025, recognising six exceptional women innovators from South Asia whose ventures deliver meaningful social impact aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The Unlock Her Future Prize, the core initiative of the brand’s DO GOOD philanthropic programme, continues its mission to empower women social entrepreneurs across the globe.
Unlock Her Future Prize: Six South Asian Innovators Honoured
The Unlock Her Future Prize supports women leading idea-stage and early-stage ventures that drive positive social or environmental change. Open to women of all ages, the initiative aims to address the global gap in recognition, funding, and support for women entrepreneurs.

Launched in the MENA region in 2023 and expanded to Latin America in 2024, the 2025 edition highlights women founders from Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, and Bhutan.
With backing from Ashoka and endorsement from UN Women, the Prize has reached innovators across 39 countries, contributed solutions to 16 SDGs, and distributed more than US$600,000 in philanthropic funding.
Unlock Her Future Prize 2025: Jury Selects Six Winners Across Key SDGs
A distinguished jury comprising Desirée Bollier, Dr Rubana Huq, Priya Sigdel, Rishini Weeraratne, and Paroma Chatterjee selected six winners for the 2025 South Asia edition:
- India: Advancing Quality Education (SDG 4)
- Amritha Krishnamoorthy, Stepping Stones Centre – Delivering inclusive education and therapy for children with autism and developmental disabilities.
- Jhillika Trisal, Cognitii – Combining AI with human special educators to democratise access to learning for children with special needs.
- Nepal: Tackling Hunger (SDG 2)
- Sophiya Tamang, Idea to Impact – Converting surplus produce into fruit purees to support child nutrition, reduce waste, and uplift women farmers.
- Pakistan: Ensuring Clean Water (SDG 6)
- Nida Yousaf Sheikh, H2O Technologies – Developing water-from-air solutions to address Pakistan’s growing water scarcity challenges.
- Bangladesh: Improving Health & Wellbeing (SDG 3)
- Nishat Anjum Palka, Mommykidz – Providing an accessible platform for health information, care, and essential products for mothers and families.
- Bhutan: Reducing Inequalities (SDG 10)
- Yangchen Dolkar Dorji, LEAD+ – Supporting marginalized and women-led enterprises with mentorship, funding, and market access.
Unlock Her Future Prize Winners to Receive Grants and Global Support
Each of the six winners will receive a $50,000 grant, mentorship from global industry leaders, media exposure, leadership training, and academic support from Oxford University’s Saïd Business School, including access to its global entrepreneurial network.

The 2025 edition also coincides with The Bicester Collection’s 30th anniversary and reaffirms its longstanding connection with South Asian communities in the UK and worldwide.
The Future of the Unlock Her Future Prize
Chantal Khoueiry, Chief Culture Officer at The Bicester Collection, highlighted the significance of the initiative, stating that each of the winners demonstrates the courage and innovative spirit required to drive lasting change.
In 2026, the Prize will expand to East and South-East Asia, opening to innovators from 15 countries, including Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Singapore.
