Pune: Suzlon Group has appointed Rahul Jain as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, effective December 15, 2025.
This strategic appointment reinforces Suzlon’s leadership team as it gears up for the next phase of growth and transformation within India’s renewable energy sector.
With a career spanning more than 20 years in corporate finance, Rahul Jain most recently served as Group CFO at SRF Limited, where he led financial transformation initiatives, strengthened governance frameworks, and supported both organic and inorganic growth.
His work focused on streamlining systems, optimizing capital allocation, and integrating technology into financial operations.
Rahul Jain Brings Over Two Decades of Financial Leadership
Prior to his role at SRF, Rahul spent a decade at Jubilant Organosys Limited, where he contributed to key financial and strategic growth initiatives. A Chartered Accountant by qualification, he brings with him extensive experience from some of India’s most reputable organizations.
