Pune: Advvita Incubation, a Pune-based women entrepreneurship accelerator, has achieved a remarkable milestone by nurturing over 50 women-led enterprises through its comprehensive incubation and mentorship programs.
Founded in 2017 by Sarika Pratibha Deshmukh, the initiative has grown into a state-wide movement fostering inclusive and sustainable entrepreneurship among women across Maharashtra.

At the heart of Advvita Incubation lies a powerful vision – to transform ambition into enterprise. What began as a handful of local training sessions has evolved into a full-fledged entrepreneurial ecosystem featuring a 17-step incubation program.
This program guides women through every phase of business building – from idea validation and financial planning to branding, marketing, and investor readiness.
Its flagship collaborative hub, Jiza Co-Lab, serves as a dynamic platform where women entrepreneurs across linguistic and regional backgrounds connect, collaborate, and co-create. Through workshops, networking events, and peer-learning sessions, Advvita continues to foster a sense of community-driven growth.

Reflecting on the milestone, Sarika Pratibha Deshmukh, Founder & Director of Advvita Incubation, shared: “When a woman builds a business, she doesn’t just earn – she transforms the rhythm of her family, her community, and her future. Advvita Incubation Launches Next-Phase Support for Early-Stage Founders
Building on its momentum, Advvita Incubation is preparing to launch a specialized program designed for early-stage women founders.
This initiative will offer one-on-one mentorship, seed funding support for first hires or prototypes, and expert guidance on business execution, including pricing, packaging, and customer acquisition strategies.
