Pune: Dassault Systemes (Euronext Paris: FR0014003TT8, DSY.PA) has announced the inauguration of its newly expanded R&D facility in Pune, Maharashtra, further solidifying its investment and innovation footprint in India.

The expanded Dassault Systemes Pune Campus now stands as the company’s largest R&D center in India and a vital part of its global innovation ecosystem.

The new expansion consolidates three decades of Dassault Systèmes’ operations in India, reinforcing its “India for India and the world” commitment.

With the addition of the new “EARTH” building – offering a 2,400-seat capacity – the overall strength of the Pune campus has grown from 4,700 to 7,100 professionals.

This development aligns with the company’s “India 2030” strategy to scale delivery capabilities, accelerate innovation, and boost global customer support.

“This campus represents the next phase of our journey in India – scaling innovation, fostering collaboration with customers, academia, and startups, and creating opportunities for high-value jobs and research,” said Deepak NG, Managing Director, India, Dassault Systèmes. He further highlighted that India continues to play a crucial role in the company’s global R&D and services strategies.

Dassault Systemes Pune Campus Sets Sustainability Benchmark

In line with the company’s global sustainability vision, the Dassault Systèmes Pune Campus has been built to IGBC Green Building standards.

The campus integrates advanced environmental technologies such as water recycling systems, CO₂-monitored high-efficiency air-conditioning, automated energy-saving lighting, and over 610 KW+ of solar power generation capacity.
