HD Fire Protect Limited has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), marking the first step toward launching the HD Fire Protect IPO.

The company, a prominent Indian manufacturer and supplier of fire protection equipment, offers an extensive product portfolio spanning water, foam, and gas-based fire suppression systems.

With proprietary in-house designs adhering to both national and international standards, HD Fire Protect serves high-risk industrial sectors along with residential and commercial applications.

HD Fire Protect IPO Details

The HD Fire Protect IPO is structured entirely as an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 26,284,500 equity shares with a face value of ₹5 each.

The company will not receive any proceeds from the offer, as the sale is exclusively by promoter selling shareholders.

Specifically, the OFS comprises up to 8,983,700 shares to be sold by Harish Narshi Dharamshi and up to 17,300,800 shares by Kusum Harish Dharamshi.

HD Fire Protect Market Position

In Fiscal 2024, HD Fire Protect was India’s second-largest manufacturer of fire protection equipment in terms of operating income and the largest exporter by value. As of Fiscal 2025, the company’s products have reached customers in more than 90 countries, highlighting its global footprint.

HD Fire Protect IPO Objectives

The objectives of the IPO are to:

  • Carry out the Offer for Sale by promoter shareholders.
  • Secure the benefits of listing equity shares on recognized stock exchanges.

Ambit Private Limited, Anand Rathi Advisors Limited, and IIFL Capital Services Limited are serving as the Book Running Lead Managers for the IPO.
