Udaipur: Mercedes-Benz India has strengthened its presence in Rajasthan with the inauguration of the Mercedes-Benz Udaipur Service Facility, the brand’s fourth in the state and its first 2S luxury service centre in the city.
The new facility, launched by T&T Motors, underscores the company’s ‘service first’ strategy while meeting the growing demand for premium mobility in emerging markets like Udaipur.
The opening is part of Mercedes-Benz’s nationwide expansion drive, with three new facilities inaugurated in just two days across Kanpur and Udaipur.

This year alone, the automaker has introduced 11 new luxury touchpoints and plans to add 12 more before year-end, bringing its total presence to over 140 touchpoints in 50+ cities.

Spread across 9,000 sq. ft., the Mercedes-Benz Udaipur Service Facility is designed to elevate the customer experience with state-of-the-art infrastructure. It features:

- Quick Body & Paint bays (2)
- Premier Express Bay for 60-minute servicing
- Exclusive Delivery Bay with a ‘Key Presenter’ for personalized car handovers
- Private and Semi-private Consultation Areas for customer interactions
- Boutique Accessories Shop with premium lifestyle and car accessories
- Hospitality Counter for a luxury service experience

Mercedes-Benz Udaipur Service Facility: EV Charging and Digital Service Ecosystem
A major highlight of the facility is Udaipur’s only ultra-fast 180 kW EV charger with two bays, available to all EV customers. Mercedes-Benz has also introduced digital-first services, including online appointment booking, Digital Service Drive, and a Vehicle Digital Reception System.
T&T Motors Udaipur will soon roll out a 24-hour Service Mobilio for round-the-clock customer support.
