Pune: Students from GH Raisoni College of Engineering and Management (GHRCEM), Pune, achieved the 1st Runner-Up position at the Build and Grow Agentic AI Hackathon held at Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Vile Parle, Mumbai.
The event was organized by Google Development Group (GDG) Cloud Mumbai.
The winning team consisted of third-year AI-ML Engineering students Ayush Yadav, Sumeet Gond, and Swapnil Patil, who developed an innovative solution for the problem statement “A2A Protocol and Reinforcement Learning-powered Agentic Chatbot for Legal Operations.”

Their project was lauded by the jury for its technical excellence and potential for real-world application.
Build and Grow Agentic AI Hackathon Recognizes GHRCEM Team
As recognition for their outstanding performance at the Build and Grow Agentic AI Hackathon, each student was awarded a trophy and an MSI Laptop (24GB version worth ₹65,000).
This milestone also marks their third consecutive achievement within one month, reinforcing the students’ consistency, creativity, and technical expertise.
The students were mentored by Dr. Rachna Sable, Head of the AI and AIML Department, and Dr. Swapnil Mahajan, Head of the Eureka Innovation and Incubation Centre.

Speaking on the success, Dr. R. D. Kharadkar, Campus Director, and Dr. N. B. Hulle, Incharge Director of GHRCEM Pune, commended the students for their dedication.
They emphasized that securing the 1st Runner-Up title at a prestigious event like build and grow agentic AI hackathon for the third time in a month reflects the spirit of innovation nurtured at the institute.
The leadership team, including Sunil Raisoni (Chairman, Raisoni Education) and Shryesh Raisoni (Executive Director, Raisoni Education), extended congratulations to the winners, reiterating their commitment to providing students with the right mentorship, ecosystem, and opportunities to excel at national and global platforms.
