Pune: Students from G H Raisoni College of Engineering and Management (GHRCEM), Pune, have achieved national recognition by winning the Stacks Hacker House competition in Goa and securing the runner-up position at Ideathon 2.0 in Pune.
The winning team, 404 Found – comprising third-year AI-ML engineering students Ayush Yadav (team leader), Swapnil Patil, Sumeet Gond, and Aman Sayyed – earned top honors at the Stacks Hacker House event. For their performance, the team was awarded a cash prize of ₹50,000 along with certificates of excellence.

GHRCEM Pune Team Shines at Stacks Hacker House and Ideathon 2.0
Team 404 Found also secured second place at Ideathon 2.0, hosted by PCET’s Nutan Maharashtra Institute of Engineering and Technology (NMIET), Pune. The team received a cash prize of ₹3,000 and certificates.
The students showcased their innovation by addressing a problem statement on blockchain ecosystems: developing a non-intrusive delay insurance mechanism for blockchain transactions, powered by Stacks Smart Contracts and Bitcoin Finality Proofs.
The jury recognized the solution’s technical depth, innovation, and potential industry impact.
Faculty Mentorship and Institutional Support
The achievement was guided by Dr Rachna Sable, HoD of AI & AIML Department, and Dr Swapnil Mahajan, HoD of Eureka Department, who mentored the team through their project journey.
