Pune: Honeywell (Nasdaq: HON) has announced the launch of the CS32 Personal Shopper Technology, its first handheld computer for consumers in Europe, designed to enhance in-store shopping across grocery stores, pharmacies, and retail outlets.
The new Personal Shopper Technology allows customers to scan products while shopping, use digital navigation tools, access detailed product information, and complete payments directly on the device.
By enabling checkout from anywhere in the store, the solution helps shoppers save time and avoid queues, while providing retailers with opportunities to optimise store operations.

By integrating scan-as-you-shop (SAYS) functionality, the technology streamlines checkout processes, freeing up store staff for more critical tasks. It also enables instant access to product details, including updated prices and ingredient lists, for greater customer transparency.
