Chennai: TVS Supply Chain Solutions (TVS SCS), a leader in supply chain management, has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, TVS SCS North America, is on track to achieve $500 million in revenue, backed by a sustained 20% CAGR over the past four years. The company continues to maintain strong growth momentum in the U.S. region.
TVS SCS North America Expands with 225,000-Square-Foot Facility
In line with its growth strategy, TVS SCS North America inaugurated a 225,000-square-foot build-to-suit facility in Waterloo, Iowa.
This state-of-the-art, highly automated robotics-enabled site strengthens the company’s presence in the U.S. Midwest and enhances its ability to support local manufacturers and key clients.

The facility will provide value-added assembly, kitting, sequencing, and just-in-time delivery services. Another 225,000-square-foot facility in the region is expected to be inaugurated next quarter.
Iowa Leadership Recognizes TVS SCS North America Investment
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds and Waterloo Mayor Quentin Hart, who hailed the facility as a milestone in reinforcing Iowa’s role as a hub for manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain innovation.
Ravi Viswanathan, Managing Director of TVS Supply Chain Solutions, emphasized, “With 95% of its capacity already committed, this facility reflects the strong demand for our services. Advanced automation and robotics will maximize efficiency, reduce lead times, and deliver unparalleled service quality.”

Commitment to U.S. Market Growth

The new Waterloo site includes 6,800 square feet of office space, a driver’s lounge, 30 loading dock doors, and two drive-in doors. It is TVS SCS North America’s second facility in Iowa, complementing its first location in Iowa City. The upcoming third facility will further scale operations in the region.
