The platform’s adoption by top contractors and project owners has led to multi-year enterprise agreements, highlighting both its effectiveness and trustworthiness at scale.

Founded by Chaitanya NK, Kiran Gutta, and Vineeth Paruchuri, Track3D integrates data from 360° cameras, drones, laser scanners, and LiDAR-enabled smartphones into a unified cloud-based platform.

Advanced AI models then convert this data into actionable insights, including progress tracking, work-in-place validation, and performance analytics linked to drawings and quantities.

This delivers a transparent, verifiable view of jobsite performance, enhancing collaboration, minimizing disputes, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and budget.

Since its founding, Track3D has grown from a three-member team to over 130 employees, with its India team spearheading AI/ML innovations, product development, and technology enhancements.

The company is actively expanding its team to support the next generation of AI-driven construction solutions.

Track3D: AI-First Platform Driving Proactive Project Intelligence

“The platform was designed AI-first, making Reality Intelligence highly accessible across diverse projects. By providing owners, general contractors, and trade partners with a shared platform, we transform raw site data into proactive intelligence – delivering certainty, transparency, and accountability at every stage.

Rapid U.S. adoption, supported by Ironspring and Zacua, demonstrates that the platform is more than a monitoring tool; it is the foundation for modern construction project management,” said Chaitanya NK, Co-Founder & CEO of Track3D.

The platform is set to roll out new AI-powered features, including deviation detection, early delay warnings, and intelligent agents to assist project teams. These innovations shift construction monitoring from reactive documentation to proactive, intelligence-driven project management.
